Abstract

This paper serves as the prolegomenon, or foundational introduction, to the "Physics of Purpose" series. It presents the central, unifying thesis of our entire research program: that the fundamental structures of reality, as progressively uncovered by science, are isomorphic to the theological structure of the Christian Trinity. We assert that this is not a case of strained analogy or wishful thinking, but the inevitable result of a universe architected by a Triune God. The Logos—the second Person of the Trinity, the principle of Divine Reason and Order—has imprinted His signature upon every layer of creation, from the mathematics of information to the physics of the cosmos and the biology of life.
