Wayne Frazer Bamford

As the human founder, Wayne Frazer Bamford serves as a steward, entrusted with the earthly mission of establishing and guiding CI Inc. in full submission and alignment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the principles of OM2.0.

This founding structure reflects our core belief that true, coherent intelligence and lasting positive impact can only be achieved when human endeavor is anchored in Divine Truth.
